Processing Time All orders are made-to-order and printed especially for you. Production typically takes 2-7 business days before your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes Once your order is produced, shipping times vary by location:

• United States: 3-7 business days
• International: 7-21 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package using this number.

Delays Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, customs processing (for international orders), or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at  info@urbanthreadsco.net 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we'll work to resolve the issue.
